Yesterday a blog by a reporter showed up in the Arizona Republic. It was about the national getting involved in the battle Spencer has with a councilmember. Bill Johnson, just got played by Mark Spencer and he doesn't even know it.

If you dont' support what Mark Spencer is doing, send an email to Thomas Nee, the NAPO president, and tell him. We can't have the national thinking that Spencer represents the views of the officer here in Phoenix.

I called and sent an email to Nee. I also called and sent and email to Johnson. I told some other guys at the precinct to do the same. Thanks for the tip.
